October 12, 2018

Welcome to Episode 23 of our podcast, and with me today is Alison Potts from Innate Being.

Alison is here now to talk about "Rebellious Self-Care". Alison is a writer, speaker, teacher and coach in the field of wellbeing and modern, instinctive meditation.

Diagnosed with MS in the 1990s when there was no treatment and research was in its early days, Alison accessed her own instincts and inner guide to learn how to optimise her health and healing physically and emotionally. She found this unexpectedly took her to a level of thriving she never knew was possible and now coaches others - with and without the odyssey of illness - to find their best practices for thriving and being themselves in life.

She is also a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and a certified meditation teacher in instinctive meditation.

Gordon Jenkins and Networking with Purpose

September 21, 2018

Welcome to Episode 20 of our podcast, and with me today is Gordon Jenkins, also known as The Visible Guy – a persona that captures his belief that you need to step out of the shadows in order to fully participate in your life and of those around you. It is never too late.

With a successful global career across a variety of sectors, his message and ability to transform connections with diverse groups of people is compelling.

Today The Visible Guy is global - global organisations, SME’s, podcasts, reference expert for publications, author, keynote engagements – would you expect anything less from someone who’s passion is Networking with Purpose.

It wasn’t always like that. He has discovered that the toughest walls are often those put up by ourselves.

You may not want to be a networking guru; however, I’m guessing you would at least like to feel more confident and assured when connecting with others. Networking can help build lasting relationships, give voices to those who were previously invisible, and can be the foundation of a successful leader or influencer.

If you’d like to connect with Gordon and get of a copy of his book Network with Purpose: Transform Your Skills in 4 Simple Steps, you can do so via these links:
